Tucked away in the eastern most part of Owasso, Oklahoma, the estates of Dover Pond
has a history of more than three decades, and we're still growing! As soon as you enter
the iron gates and the mature, massive trees welcome you home, you'll know you are
in a special place.
Dover Pond is located just four miles east of 96th Street North, and Highway 169.
It is an enchanting, gated neighborhood and centered around a beautifully massive
pond, upstream of a roaring waterfall. Our neighborhood is characterized by the philosophy that individuals can live in and around nature and wildlife, while sustaining and preserving their natural beauty.
