Dover Pond is located just four miles east of 96th Street North, and Highway 169.
It is an enchanting, gated neighborhood and centered around a beautifully massive
pond, upstream of a roaring waterfall. Our neighborhood is characterized by the philosophy that individuals can live in and around nature and wildlife, while
sustaining and preserving their natural beauty.
